Yoga and Mindfulness at Langdon Hall

Please Join us for
Yoga & Mindfulness
at Langdon Hall Hotel and Spa
to support Women in the Arts
March 12 from 10am to 3pm

Come together in the beautiful serene atmosphere of Langdon Hall to unplug, reset, and reconnect with Yoga & Mindfulness lead by Kerrie Hutton. Lunch will be provided by Langdon Hall and be sure to take the time afterwards to walk the grounds, enjoy the spa or stay the night!

This event is in support of Women in the Arts, with all proceeds going to Lester Trips (Theatre) a new generation physical theatre company headed by artistic directors Alaine Hutton and Lauren Gillis. Their new original work Mr.Truth will be premiering in April 2018 at the Theatre Centre in Toronto as part of the RISER Project, a collaborative producing model by Why Not Theatre, with the generous support of the Government of Canada.

$150 minimum donation. With your support women's stories, ideas, expression, and hearts can be given voice. #TheFutureIsFemale #ourbodies #ourstories
